Allon Kahn, MD, FACG, is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Consultant in the Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona, where he also serves as Associate Fellowship Program Director. He specializes in esophageal disorders, with a focus on esophageal neoplasia and endoscopic management of Barrett's esophagus. He has a special interest in swallow disorders and dysphagia management and directs the center’s esophageal self-dilation program for refractory benign esophageal strictures. His research has focused on the use of advanced endoscopic imaging techniques and optimization of surveillance practices in Barrett’s esophagus.
