Timothy Gardner, MD, MS, FACG, is a Professor at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and Director, Pancreatic Disorders, Medical Director, Islet Cell Transplant Program at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. He is also the former Gastroenterology and Hepatology fellowship director and a Major in the New Hampshire Army National Guard. Dr. Gardner's research interests include developing novel treatments for acute and chronic pancreatitis. He is the recipient of multiple grants from funding agencies such as the NIH, Hitchcock Foundation, and National Pancreas Foundation. He has written over 200 peer-reviewed publications and is the author of three books on pancreatic diseases.
