David Hudesman, MD, FACG, is Director of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center at NYU Langone Health, and Professor of Medicine at the NYU School of Medicine. Dr. Hudesman specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and in the provision of integrated, seamless, patient-centered care. His research is focused on the development of biomarkers and evaluation and optimization of new medical therapies for the treatment of both Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. Dr. Hudesman served on the ACG Educational Affairs Committee and the Research Committee. He currently serves on the AGA Quality Committee. He is also a reviewer for many scientific gastroenterology journals.
