Anthony Lembo, MD, FACG, is a Professor of Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine, Case Western Reserve Medical School. He is the Vice Chair of Research at the Digestive Disease Institute at Cleveland Clinic. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic in 2022 he was Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Director GI Motility Center at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA. He completed his medical residency and fellowship in Gastroenterology at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. He is now actively involved in caring for patients with GI Motility and Functional Bowel Disorders, as well as conducting clinical trials and clinical research in these disorders. Dr. Lembo is an active member of the ACG.
