Dr. Swei is an interventional endoscopist in the division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at the Ohio State University. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Chicago, followed by a fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Colorado where he also completed a Masters degree in clinical science, and he subsequently completed a fellowship in interventional endoscopy at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. His areas of interest are in resection work and third space procedures, having a experience in in performing both POEM and ESD, as well as interventional esophagology including the diagnosis and management of reflux and motility related disorders.
